Vitamix Explorian ( E310 Vs. E320) Blender Differences: These two compact, yet powerful blenders are lower priced entries from the Vitamix Explorian Series. Both blenders have a powerful motor, BPA free plastic containers, and excellent warranties. A rotary dial on both blenders allows you to manually select up to 10 speeds for blending and Pulse control for fine tuning your blending.

The main differences between the Vitamix E310 and E320 are: The main difference is that the E320 has a larger 64oz blending container vs. a 48oz container for the 310. The cutting blades are smaller (3-inch vs. 4-inch) in the E310 to fit the smaller container. The warranty on the Explorian 320 is 7 years Vs. only 5 years for the 310 model. The Bottom Line: Both of the Explorian blenders have identical controls in the base. Both models have a traditional blender look with more physical controls. The E320 offers a larger blending container (64oz), larger 4-inch cutting blades, a motor with 10% more power, and a longer warranty. If you are blending just for yourself, the 48oz container of the E310 may be more than adequate. The E310 is also substantially cheaper. As both models are highly rated, you cannot go wrong with either model.
