The Hoover Air Cordless 2-in-1 Deluxe (BH52120PC) is a compact cordless cyclonic upright vacuum, which weighs only 6.9 pounds and is fully rechargeable, so no cords. WindTunnel® 2 Technology allows the vacuum to remove embedded dirt and minimizes dirt blowback on carpets. The vacuum runs on an interchangeable Lithium Ion 20 volt battery provides fade-free power right up till its drained. It has a battery led gauge to let you know how much charge is left. You get 15 minutes of total cleaning time with the included compact battery. You can purchase additional batteries for even more runtime.
The Hoover Air cordless vacuum has a motorized multi-floor brushroll to vacuum carpets and hard floors. Brushroll On/Off Switch for hardwood floors. For convenience, the power switch is located in the handle. Edge cleaning bristles get dirt and dust near walls and baseboards. Automatic Height Adjustment. This model comes with a 2 year limited warranty. The Hoover Air has a washable filter to trap dirt, dust, and pet hair and a 0.7 liter dust bin. The Hoover Air is a bagless vacuum, so no bags to buy. It has a detachable handheld vacuum for doing smaller areas, and your car, with a built-in crevice tool. Being so lightweight (under 7 lbs.), it is great to pull out for regular vacuuming or quick cleanups. The Hoover Air cordless has a motorized brushbar, so is suitable carpets as well as hard floors. Multi-Floor brushroll with WindTunnel 2 Technology uses two channels of suction to lift and remove deep down embedded dirt. It runs on a Lithium Ion battery, which is the best type of battery, as it outputs power at a steady rate throughout, and charges quicker than other battery types. Low profile design fits under beds and furniture. Built-in headlights allow you to see any hidden dirt, and makes it easier to vacuum under furniture.
The Hoover air features LED Headlights to let you see dirt on the floor. Swivel steering allow you to maneuver around furniture. The vacuum comes with an external charger, so you can charge a battery while using the other (extra batteries are available). The Motorized Turbo Tool attaches to the handheld to get dirt, dust, and pet hair from your stairs, upholstery, or car mats & seats. The one disadvantage of this model is that it does not have cyclonic action, which keeps the filter cleaner. You may want to consider the Dyson V6 Animal Cordless, as it has cyclonic action, more power and suction, and is about 40% lighter of the Hoover Air. All in all the Hoover Air cordless has received very good reviews by consumers, is a great value, and is a Smart-Review top pick for cordless upright vacuums under $150.
