The Flywheel Sports Home Exercise Bike will give you interactive personal training at home. The Flywheel bike provides Silent Magnetic Resistance, which offers extremely quiet, maintenance free operation (no pads to replace). The biggest feature on this bike is its 15.6-inch HD Tablet which connects to Flywheel Sports interactive workouts. You receive a 2 month subscription to Flywheel Sports Workouts which provides over thousands on-demand workouts. After the trial, the subscription cost of classes and workouts is $39 month.
Trainers will adjust your speed and resistance. You receive on-demand Stadium Cycling and Precision Training classes from 42 studios nationwide. Steel frame for strength. Total body workouts, including off bike workouts.

You can view your workout on the big screen by streaming to your TV: using Apple TV (3rd generation) or later for iOS; or Chromecast (2nd generation) or later for Android. Stream workouts to your phone or tablet (requires (10 Mbps upload and download speeds, 802.11 n or better WiFi).
