The main differences between the NordicTrack S15i and S22i are: The main difference between these models are the screen size. The S15i has a 15-inch screen, and the S22i has a 22-inch screen (same size as a Pelaton bike). Both are HD touchscreens. The 15-inch screen has some dedicated buttons around the screen, while the 22-inch is all screen. The larger 22-inch screen will give you a more immersive experience. One other difference is the S22i has 24 Resistance levels vs. 22 on the S15i. Below is a comparison chart of the differences between the two exercise bike models.

NordicTrack S15i vs. S22i Console Comparison: The Consoles are different, with the S15i having a 15-inch HD Touchscreen with dedicated buttons. The S22i has a huge 22-inch screen for a more immersive experience when using the workouts or Google Maps. The S22i also gives you two more resistance levels (24 vs. 22).
