The main differences between the Sony X900H and X950H are: The biggest difference is the backlight. The X950H has the Advanced LED Full Array backlight, and a more powerful X1™ Ultimate image processor. This is the same processor used in Sony’s high end 8k TVs. The X950 also adds the feature X-Wide Angle (increases viewing angles). Both TVs can do voice control, but the X950 has hands-free voice control.
