The main differences between the Schwinn 411 and 470 are: The Schwinn 470 is the top-of-the-line model, has a heavier flywheel, more resistance levels, weighs 64% more for stability, and has a motorized incline. The 411 model has no incline. On the computer console, the 470 has more workout programs, more resistance levels, dedicated resistance keys, a USB charging port, four user profiles, and adds speakers & a 3-speed cooling fan.

Schwinn 411 vs. 470 Console Comparison: The Consoles are quite different, the 411 has a very basic console. The 470 model has dual displays which are backlit, so when you use the tablet/book holder, you can still see the other display. The 470 also has dedicated resistance buttons. Both models have pulse grips to read your heart rate.
The 470 has a powered incline, while the 411 has no incline capability. The Schwinn 470 Elliptical has 9 more resistance levels than the 411, and 16 more workout programs. Both models have Bluetooth with APP for your tablet or smartphone, which allows you to run a bluetooth heart rate strap. They can also connect to the RunSocial® APP and race through 19 locations with 27 routes alongside friends while tracking pace and distance. Also you can connect to the Explore the World™ App.
Bottom Line 411 Vs. 470 Elliptical Machines: The 411 elliptical is one of the least expensive of Schwinn’s ellipticals, but does lack some features , including more resistance levels, programs, a cooling fan, speakers, better console with back lighting, and an incline ramp. It also weighs a lot less, so stability will be reduced. But the 411 does include Bluetooth to connect heart straps and connect to APPs on your tablet or smartphone as does the 470 model. Both models are highly rated, and will provide an excellent low impact workout.
