The main differences between the Nautilus E614 and E616 are: The E616 from a structural standpoint has a heavier flywheel, more resistance levels, and a motorized incline (versus manual incline for the 614). On the computer console, the E616 has more workout programs, adds back-lighting to the LCD, and ads two more user profiles. The E616 also adds Bluetooth and Heart Telemetry. The E614 is the cheapest entry level model, but lacking many of the features in the E616, and E618 models. Below is a comparison chart of the differences between the two models.

Nautilus E614 vs. E616 Console Comparison: The Consoles are similar, however there are differences. The E616 Console is backlit, making it easier to read, especially in dimmer light. Both are dual displays, so when you use the tablet/book holder, you can still see the other display. On the E616 you have 7 more workout programs.
The E616 has motorized incline, the E614 has to be manually adjusted. The Nautilus E616 Elliptical has 5 more resistance levels than the E614. You can customize your user profile, the E614 allows 2 profiles, while the E616 allows 4 profiles. Bluetooth® with APP for your tablet or smartphone, is only available on the E616. Wireless heart telemetry is also only available on the Nautilus 616 and 618 models.
Bottom Line: The E616 elliptical offers a wide array of improvements over the E614 model, including more resistance levels, programs, and user profiles. Motorized incline, and a backlit screen. You also get Bluetooth® on the E616 with an APP to monitor your progress, and wireless telemetry for an optional heart strap. The E614 is substantially cheaper. Both models are highly rated, and the Nautilus E616 elliptical has won our BEST of 2022 Award. You may also want to look at the Schwinn 470 model which is almost identical to the E616.
