Nordictrack S15i Vs. Schwinn IC4 Indoor Cycling Bike Comparison: These two cycling bikes are well built exercise machines. The Nordictrack S15i is a cut above as it was designed for Studio classes at the gym, but also designed for home use, it also has a built-in 15-inch screen for iFit classes. Both bikes have quality built frames to stand up to the rigors of hours of use and have silent, maintenance free magnetic resistance. Heart Telemetry through Bluetooth is provided on both bikes. Both models can adjust the seat Fore and Aft for a comfortable fit.

Schwinn Interactive Workouts

One of the APPs that you can run on the Schwinn IC4 Bike.

The Schwinn IC4 bike is a connected bike that is designed to use the Pelaton APP, Explore the World APP and other connected apps, by using your own tablet (iPad for Android).

The Nordictrack S15i is a studio bike that has a built-in 15-inch HD touchscreen, and is ready to go for using iFit’s 16,000 workouts, Google Maps, and Live Classes (includes 30 day subscription).

NordicTrack Incline Decline

NordicTrack's Incline & Decline feature can be controlled manually or by interactive workout program.

NordicTrack S15i Vs. Schwinn IC4: In Schwinn’s advantage, it is solidly built and sells for less than the Nordictrack, but you need an iPad or tablet to use the apps. The Nordictrack uses iFit with over 16,000 classes available (30 day membership included), Google maps and live classes. The Schwinn IC4 can use APPs such as the Pelaton and Around the World APPs with a tablet (ipad or android). Both models can run manual programs without any subscriptions. The Nordictrack has built in incline and decline -10% to 20% (which is not on the Schwinn). Both bikes can operate without using subscriptions and have built-in programs. (Nordictrack S15i vs. Schwinn IC4) Console Comparison: The Consoles are very different, with the Nordictrack S15i having a full hd 15-inch color touchscreen to show iFit classes and other media. NordicTrack studio bikes come with a 30 days iFit membership included. Bike around the world.

Bottom Line Nordictrack S15i Vs. Schwinn IC4: The main difference between the models is that the Nordictrack is a studio gym bike, has incline/decline and has a built-in 15-inch HD touchscreen, ready to use for iFit classes (includes 30 day membership), google maps, and live classes.

The Schwinn IC4 is a well built home model, with connectivity to your tablet to connect to the Pelaton APP, Zwift, Explore the World, and more. The Schwinn is cheaper, but does not have the incline/decline, nor does it have a built in large touchscreen (you must bring your own tablet computer if you want multimedia and classes). We feel the Schwinn IC4 is a great value with magnetic resistance and with connectivity to popular workout APPs. The Nordictrack is great for those that love iFit that has over 16,000 classes and other options on its included 15-inch touchscreen. Both are great bikes for cycling.
