Aside from being cosmetically different, the R618 has a backlit tiltable dual display, while the R614 is Dual Display without a backlight. Both have a tablet/book holder. The R618 has more programs (29 vs. 22), and more resistance levels (25 vs. 20).

You can customize your user profile, The R618 has 4 user profiles (only 2 on the R614).

The Nautilus R618 has both Bluetooth with APP for your tablet or smartphone, and Wireless heart telemetry. The R614 has neither of these features.

The one advantage of the R614 model is that it is cheaper. Both bikes will give you a great workout, you have to decide whether the added features are worth the extra cost.
