Schwinn 470 Vs. Nautilus E618 Main Differences: The E618 is an upgrade in features to the Schwinn 470 model. Although the console has similarities, the E618 also allows the screen to tilt for best viewing angles. The E618 has a heavier flywheel for smoother action (30lbs. vs. 22lbs.), and heavier max weight of 350lbs. The Nautilus also has a longer warranty of 15 years for the frame, and has added controls on the handles with multi-position handles. See differences of both models in the comparison chart below.

Schwinn 470 vs. Nautilus E618 Console Comparison: The Consoles are are almost identical in functionality except in styling. The E618 alone has an adjustable Sight Line™ Tilting Console for best viewing angle. Both Consoles are backlit, making it easier to read, especially in dimmer light. Both are dual displays, so when you use the tablet/book holder, you can still see the other display.
Both models have a motorized incline, with easy to use buttons, 29 Workout programs, Wireless Telemetry, and 25 resistance levels. You can customize your user profile, both models allow up to 4 profiles. Bluetooth® with APP for your tablet or smartphone, is available on both models. Bothc consoles have a built-in Fan and Speakers.
The Bottom Line: As both models are manufactured by Nautilus, they are very similar, but the E618 is a step higher. Aside from the tilting display the E618 has a heavier (350lb.) max user weight which is higher than the (300lb.) max on the 470. The E618 also has a Heavier Flywheel, Longer Warranty, added Controls on handles, added multi-position handles, longer 22-inch stride. There are also styling differences of the console which is different on the Schwinn 470 than the Nautilus E618. Functionality however they are similar. At the time of this article, the Schwinn 470 is cheaper than the Nautilus E618, which makes it the better buy, all else being equal. Both models won our BEST of 2022 Award.
