The main differences between the Nautilus T614 and T616 are: The T616 model from a structural standpoint has a heavier frame, stronger 3.0 HP motor, longer 20 x 60 running deck, and thicker 2-ply belt. The console and features of the T616 are far better. T616 upgrades include: 4 more workout programs, 2 extra user profiles, and higher 15% incline. Nautilus T614 vs. T616 Console Comparison: The Consoles quite different cosmetically, the T616 having more informational screens. Both screens are backlit (ideal for dimly lit rooms). Functionally, the T616 console has 4 more workout programs, 2 more user profiles, and is heart telemetry enabled. Only the T616 is Bluetooth® enabled with APP. For safety, both have an emergency stop button, and cord.
Bottom Line: The Nautilus T616 treadmill offers a wide array of improvements over the T614 model for not much more money. The T616 is a heavier duty treadmill with a larger 3.0 HP motor, thicker 2 ply belt, longer running deck, and has a higher 15% incline.
The T614 is about $200 cheaper than the T616. We feel that the structural and feature benefits are well worth the extra money. The T616 has received better consumer reviews than the T614. The T616 is a heavier duty treadmill. The Nautilus T616 treadmill has won our BEST of 2022 Award for its price category.
