The Livestrong® LS10.0E-2 Elliptical Trainer is a solid contender in mid range level of elliptical machines. The LS10.0E model can be used in your home gym and for fitness enthusiasts of any skill level who want a low impact workout. It is a medium/heavy duty machine, capable of handling user weight up to 325 pounds. The Livestrong® LS10.0E Elliptical Trainer provides an effective cardiovascular workout by combining upper and lower body flexibility and coordination into one impact-free motion and is easier on your joints. Regular use on elliptical trainers will increase heart and lung capacity while improving your health and burning calories. The LS10.0E-2 uses 20 levels of Magnetic Brake resistance. Magnetic resistance has the advantage of no friction, reliability, little to no maintenance costs, and quiet operation. A large 23 lb. flywheel provides for smoother strides.
Features include a backlit LCD display and 2 LED feedback windows. Eleven (11) workout programs. The frame was developed for after extensive biomechanics research to provide a natural and comfortable stride. The Power Incline function includes 20 different incline levels. For Elliptical Trainers, the Livestrong® LS10.0E-2 is a great deal for the money as an mid level trainer.
