The LifeSpan Fitness TR200 Fold-N-Stor Treadmill is a light duty, ultracompact treadmill. Unlike most treadmills, this one comes fully assembled right out of the box. It folds flat down to 13.5 inches. Can be stored under a bed or put in a closet vertically. Smaller size makes it ideal for apartments. It is ideal for walking for weight loss or cardio workouts. Built in heart monitor program, allows you keep your heart rate constant as the treadmill adjusts the speed and incline for you. Features include a strong 1.5 horsepower (hp) motor (continuous duty) , which can reach speeds up to 8 miles per hour (in increments of 0.5 mph). The treadmill can incline between 0 (flat) to a 10 percent grade. The deck is a 17″ x 48″ area for walking. Ideal for toning up, managing your weight, and improving your cardiovascular health.
Other features include a backlit LCD screen (tracks your time, calories, distance, heart rate, steps, speed, and incline). Pulse grip heart rate monitoring, and 6 workout programs (3 speed, and 3 incline). Quick-start speed and incline buttons. Built-in speakers and headphone port.

It is fully assembled right out of the box and can fold down flat to the ground to store under a bed or other furniture. On most compact treadmills you cannot adjust the incline (they have none), the TR200 allows 10 levels of incline. The TR200 is a light duty treadmill which we would recommend to someone who is not going to be running at top speed for a marathon, but more about slow or fast walking/jogging. The running area is smaller on the TR200 than on the heavy duty treadmills, so if you are tall you should look at a treadmill with a larger running deck. If you are of moderate weight and height then this treadmill may be ideal for you. Reviewers report that this treadmill runs very quiet and smooth. The treadmill not only folds down flat, but weighs about half of what heavy duty treadmills weigh. Its small size makes it ideal for apartments. So moving this treadmill will be far easier, since it folds flat to only 13.5-inches. It can be stored flat or vertically (in a closet).
