Bowflex Series (T7 Vs. T10) Treadmill Comparison: Bowflex is a leader in both lower and higher end treadmills. The T7 and T10 are heavier duty medium priced treadmills for jogging, walking and running. Common to both Bowflex models are higher power 3.0 HP motors, 15 year motor warranty, long running decks, and touchscreens for external Apps, built-in speakers & fan Both come with a 1-Year JRNY Membership, unlocking custom workouts personalized to your capabilities, and provides coaching and feedback that guides you through your workouts. You can also watch Amazon Prime, Netflex, Hulu, and Disney+ for entertainment if you subscribe to those services. The JRNY membership is far cheaper than iFit and many other fitness memberships.


The main differences between the Bowflex (T7 Vs. T10) are: The T10 has many advantages over the T7, but usually the T7 is cheaper. The T10 uprades include a larger touchscreen (10 Vs. 7-inches) and the touchscreen on the T10 is mounted higher at eye level so you don’t have to look down to see it. The T10 has a wider running deck (22 vs 20-inches), adds 5% decline (not on the T7), higher maximum weight (400 lbs vs 375 lbs), more built-in workouts (13 vs. 10), and most importantly a larger 10 inch touchscreen vs. 7 inches on the T7. The Bowflex T7 Console features a 7-inch HD touchscreen.

The Bowflex T10 features a 10-inch HD touchscreen.


Bowflex T7 Vs. T10 Console Comparison: Both models have an HD color touchscreen but the T10 is larger (10 inches Vs. 7 inches). The T10 has the screen mounted higher at eye level and is adjustable. The console on both models allows you to view all the manual workouts, JRNY App workouts, and entertainment like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney+ (subscriptions required). You receive a 1 year subsciption to JRNY which is cheaper than competitors, and includes Customized Workouts, Explore the World, Virtual Coaching, and Trainer led videos. Both consoles are backlit (ideal for dimly lit rooms). Both have a built-in workout programs that work with non memberships (The T10 has 13 workouts, the T7 has 10). Both treadmills have manual controls for incline and speed. For safety, both have an emergency stop button, and cord.

Bottom Line Bowflex (T7 Vs. T10) Treadmills: The biggest improvement is the T10 has a larger 10-inch touchscreen that is mounted above the console at eye level, and it is adjustable. Both treadmills are heavy duty treadmills with heavy duty 3.0HP motors, suitable for runners and taller users. The running decks are 60-inches long, but the T10 is wider by 2 inches. The T10 in its favor has a negative -5% decline feature. The T10 is a heavier duty treadmill with a higher weight capacity (400lbs.).
