The ProForm Carbon TL Treadmill is a good mid-range level treadmill. The quiet and smooth ProForm Carbon TL treadmill features a 2.60 HP motor ( Mach Z Commercial Motor), which can reach speeds up to 10 miles per hour (in increments of 0.5 mph). The treadmill can incline between 0 (flat) to a 10 percent grade (powered). You can easily store the ProForm Carbon TL as it folds up.
The exclusive EasyLift™ Assist with a hydraulic lift system will assist you when raising and lowering the deck. The smaller deck is 18″ x 55″ most appropriate for walking & light jogging. The ProForm Carbon TL home treadmill is an iFit Compatible Treadmill – Comes with a 30-day, free membership to iFit Coach for thousands of on demand workouts in a virtual studio or around the world. Expert trainers will personalize your settings for each workout. Links with your smartphone, tablet or iPAD. The Display console shows your workout information such as incline level, and speed. Smart-Review Commentary: The ProForm Carbon TL is a good lower end treadmill with many of the latest features for a standard treadmill. It is suitable for walking, light jogging, as the running area (18×55) is narrower than more expensive treadmills. Since it folds up, it is ideal for areas where you can’t leave the treadmill open at all times. Folding is easy, thanks to the EasyLift™ Assist hydraulic lift system. The ProForm Carbon TL treadmill has a 2.60 HP motor, allowing up to a 300 lb. user, which is good for this price range (for serious runners, we recommend a 3.0 HP motor or larger, such as the Sole F63 or F65 below).
The Treadmill is iFit enabled (works with phone or tablet), Power incline, Built-in Speakers, Cushioning, and a multi-feature console. A tablet/ipad holder allows you to entertain yourself while working out, and can hook into the ifit program with the ifit app. This treadmill is amoung the least expensive, with good value for the money for low end treadmills.
