The Sole Fitness SB700 Indoor Cycling Bike is Sole’s well built (light commercial) upright exercise bike for home or commercial use. A mid priced home bike with many features and solid quality. Upright indoor cylcle have a heavy front flywheel, which gives the experience of riding a real bike. This is the same type of bike used in Cycling Classes at the gym. The Sole SB700 will provide an excellent cardiovascular workout with low impact on your joints. Sole exercise equipment is used in commercial settings and hotels (including Hilton Hotels). The Sole Fitness SB700 features a huge 48 lb. chrome plated flywheel, which creates a secure, quiet, vibration-free workout, and features adjustable resistance that simulates actual riding. Kevlar brake design for durability. Variable resistance thru a tension knob. Sole’s oversized pedals designed to prevent aches and pains in your knees and feet by aligning the joints in their correct posture during a workout. The thickly padded seat is adjustable, and the handlebars move up and down and fore & aft, allowing you to find the perfect fit for your workout. The bike is constructed of heavy steel tubing with an aluminum shroud, making it very solid while cycling (heavier bikes give a more stable ride).
